Shipping/Postage
Delivery schedules are based from date of dispatch from our warehouse, and are very accurate in the vast majority of our orders, but delivery may be subject to delays, so please allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will always dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and in most cases the goods will leave us within 1-2 working days. On occasions where there are stock shortages, we will contact you to notify you of the delay. The majority of orders will arrive within the delivery period specified, which typically are 5-7 business days with UPS Ground. If you are concerned about a possible delay on your order, and would like more information, please feel free to email us at sales@mantishockey.com. Please quote your order reference number to enable us to deal with your query quickly and efficiently. If you have any doubts or queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
All import duties and taxes are payable by the customer.
Shipping Charges
- Up to 2 lbs. total (typically 1 or 2 sticks, or 1 stick and 1 stick-bag)
- North America: $20.00
- International: $50.00
- 2 lbs. to 5 lbs. total
- North America: $35
- International: $75
- Above 5 lbs. total
- We will contact you to offer various shipping rates and options, depending on your needs.
All the above shipping rates are based on UPS Ground Shipping. For quicker delivery by air, please contact us for details.
Please Note
- Any orders placed Monday-Friday will be sent out no later than 1-2 business days. This means, orders placed on Friday may not be shipped out until Monday-Tuesday.
- UPS ground service does not deliver on Saturdays.

- All FedEx/UPS/USPS holidays are honored
- All charges are for North America shipping only. All International orders are charged on an individual basis.
